Create A Hidden User Account In Windows XP Using A trick !

Process:


Note: If you are a new user please do not try this because any mistake can harm your computer or you may lost any data.


> Create a new User Account which you want to hide or even you can use a older one.
> Goto 'Start'.
> Goto 'Run'.
> Type 'regedit' & press Enter.
> Goto the followings
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList

> Click on 'UserList' , goto the right side window.
> Right Click.
> Click on 'New', Then on 'DWORD Value'.
> Rename that file with the User Account name which you want to hide.
> Then right click on that file & select 'Modify'.
> In the dialog box, there will be an option for 'Value data'.
> Change it to '0' for hidden & '1' for visible, then click 'ok'.

Now from the next startup that user account & associated files will be hidden.
To open or unhide that account again do the same procedure but change the value to '1'.
That's all.

 

Note: You can Access that account while it is hidden by pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL twice when logon screen appears.

In the dialog box type the name of that hidden account & press Enter. It will logon with that account.
